Onça Pintada Campaign
ONÇA PINTADA PROJECT
In November 2006 the Oncinha Industry
of Beverage held a training gathering
all the internal employees of the
company. The event, named "Onça
Pintada Campaign", as the name
says, had a military appeal, as
a war campaign, with stylized military
uniform and guidance of Brazilian
army officers.
The main objective was seeking
a greater unity and integration
among different professionals from
Oncinha, through competitions that
work the dynamism, creativity and
teamwork of the staff who were divided
into teams, merging the various
sectors of the company as business,
accounting, administrative and production.
The military style was adopted
to create a competitive spirit,
where the results can only be achieved
with great companionship and support
among members of the teams. The
scenario, to the banks of the Paranapanema
River in the city of Timburi, pleased
all with the exuberant nature, don’t
forgetting the pitfalls and challenges
that forests, rivers and waterfalls
impose to the "adventurers".
What was noticed in both two days
of training were teams really united,
fighting together to overcome limits,
everything always aimed by friendship
and respect among all involved,
promoting a climate of integration
and ensuring the effectiveness in
results.
With this, Oncinha gives another
big step towards success, highlighting
the "human capital", its
most precious resource, forming
partners collaborators, disciplined
and involved with the work, struggling
together to achieve common goals
and building a scenario of growth
and competitive potential for the
company that after the "Onça
Pintada Campaign" is, more
than ever, a big united family.
